I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in San Francisco. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The manager, Malinda, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She even sent room service to our room! The hotel room itself was spacious and had very comfortable beds. Plus, the location was perfect - right in the heart of everything. We were just a short walk away from Union Square, a huge shopping mall, and plenty of restaurants. And for those early mornings, there was a Starbucks right across the street. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and staff were all top-notch.
Don't have any issues at all.

I had a lovely time at this place. The location was perfect, right in the center of town with easy access to shops and attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from the doorman to the desk staff to the concierge in the lobby and room service. They were always willing to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a television and in-room safe. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything clean and tidy.
I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The location was perfect with a 24-hour Walgreens nearby and a great Japanese restaurant across the street. The staff at reception were helpful and the room service staff were kind and efficient. The cleaning staff did an excellent job and my room was always in order.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We had booked 2 rooms in an upper floor, we got 2 Bay View rooms. This room category is absolutely worth it, the view is beautiful. The WLAN also worked very well. We'll be happy to come back.

Staff not very friendly in the beginning, every stuff costs extra (soap, shower gel, etc. in the bathroom) is afterwards on the bill. Parking fees very high.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable for the quality of service and amenities offered. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the well-maintained rooms with an additional sofa bed, to the tasty breakfast options. The location in the center of town, specifically in Union Square, was unbeatable, making it easy to explore the city's attractions such as China Town and the cable cars.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.
